Financial statement of The Real Estate and Investment Portfolio showed that the company turned to losses of JOD 81.7 thousand in the first half of 2014 compared with JOD 142.69 thousand profits in the first half of 2013.

Losses per share hit JOD 0.008 in H1-14 while earnings per share hit JOD 0.006 in H1-13.

Rental and services revenues of the company declined by 15.2% to JOD 98 thousand in the first half this year compared with JOD 115.6 thousand in the same period last year.

The company turned also to losses in the second quarter of 2014 by JOD 95.2 thousand compared with profits of JOD 31.4 thousand in the second quarter last year.
